Can restaurants have their kitchen on the second floor?

The first floor is a mini supermarket and the second floor is a quick eat chinese restaurant, similar to Panda express. Is it possible to have the kitchen on the second floor? Will there be problems..? I can’t think of any other restaurants with kitchens not on the first floor, so I’m curious.
u need to watch out for;
bugs, fire problems, [quick escapes]
storage for food
access by clients–it is easier to fall if they have to climb
noise created by stair climbers over the grocery store clients
vents
otherwise, no problems

Here’s part 2! -to those asking about swatch, I swatched it on my hand on Part 1. Will do a LIP swatch when I get back from China. I made 2 bullets, one sent to sis, the other I can do a swatch. Woo hoo.
To debut Koren’s Beauty Kitchen, I decided to demo how to make your own lipstick bullet. Thanks to my sister who has been looking for a periwinkle lipstick for months, and inspired me to just custom make one for her. Make sure to read the info below for the ingredients used. Anytime you are looking to buy new major kitchen appliances, there are several things you should take into consideration. Maybe you are looking for a refrigerator with more drawer space where you can store fruits and vegetables. Or perhaps you need a new wine cooler to chill your favorite wine.
Whether you prefer a classic side by side refrigerator/freezer, or you are drawn to the top or bottom mount styles, you will be sure to find something that fits your style and the theme of your kitchen.
While you want to purchase major kitchen appliances that fit your own personal style, you want to make sure you don’t purchase large items that are overly trendy. For instance, it’s probably not the best idea to buy a lime green refrigerator because in about a year, you will most likely regret it. However, if lime green is the theme throughout your kitchen, you can reinforce that theme by purchasing smaller lime green kitchen appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
It is a good idea to purchase major kitchen appliances such as the refrigerator, dishwasher and cooking range in the same finish. Some popular finishes include, black, stainless steel, white or custom paneling that blends with the cabinets. Since refrigerators have a life expectancy of about 14 years, make sure that you choose something you won’t mind seeing 14 years from now.
One of the main kitchen appliances that you want to ensure is energy efficient is your refrigerator. While it may seem like hanging on to your old refrigerator is a good idea, an old refrigerator can actually cost you more money in the long run.
Look for kitchen appliances that are guaranteed to be energy efficient because you will definitely see the difference in your utility bill. As well, to help save energy, it is important to purchase a refrigerator that is appropriately sized for your family. The general recommendation for a two person household is 16 to 18 cubic feet and another 2 for each additional person.
Most refrigerators have built in water dispensers and ice makers that help make life easier. And as an added bonus, the water dispensers usually have a built in purifier which is helpful if you don’t already have a water purifier on your kitchen faucet.
When searching for your major kitchen appliances, you should try to narrow down your search to at least a top 3 of each appliance that you like. That way you will be able to mix and match different elements from your favorite choices.
Not only will this allow you to have a truly customized kitchen, but it will also allow you to have a backup plan in case your budget doesn’t allow you to have the remodel you were hoping to have.
Remember that the great thing about a kitchen renovation is that it can be as involved or minimal as you decide to make it. And you shouldn’t feel the need to buy all new kitchen appliances at the same time.
It is more important for you to find something that you really love now and that you will love 10-15 years down the road. Don’t just buy a refrigerator because the salesperson tells you to buy it. Buy a refrigerator that has the elements that you and your family need.

turkey day with my god-kids and sis (we adopted each other years ago – calling each other friend just isnt strong enough) love ya sis!! me and the kids played a game we called “hell’s play-doh kitchen”! LOL
a little background:
we have been friends for years but after 9/11 we lost contact. my bitch-ass mother lied to her and to me for years telling her she had no information on where i was after 9/11 (she told other friends and my relatives the same thing). she also didnt tell me my sis contacted her on a regular basis giving her updates on the kids and telling her that i was their god-mother – as she was telling me nothing in return. we have only recently started catching up – better late than never…
so this is a look into this beautiful family that my mother tried to keep me from – i am hopeful there’s a special place in reserved just for her. for more info on my bitch-ass mother see my playlist “PUNKED” (and thats just what i posted here). there’s not enough YT time to say all that she’s done or tried to do to me. her time is coming and will be well deserved!
anywho, i had a blast and i miss them already!! enjoy
